Aside from President Aquino’s speech, Filipinos are all waiting how government officials and known personalities will look like on the much awaited State of the Nation Address (SONA). Senator Nancy Binay was no doubt, the Star of the night with her white long sleeved top and yellow-blue-green long skirt made exclusively to her dress by Randy Ortiz.
And wait, that was not all, for the Sona itself, Nancy Binay changed her outfit, this time a white curtain turned into a Filipiniana gown. Did anybody from her household or staff ever tells her how hideous her gowns are? Or maybe the gowns are not bad at all, it was just a wrong choice of design for her. Blame it all to her fashion designer.
Senator Nancy Binay got my vote for the worst dress in the occasion.
