Best Selling Halloween Costume


1. Big Bird


"Big Bird" outfits has become popular Halloween costume after the recent presidential debates, when presidential nominee Mitt Romney talked about cutting federal funding for PBS, which runs Sesame Street, the children's show that features the big yellow bird.

2. "The Walking Dead" zombies



Zombies are all time popular Halloween Costume for all ages. The TV show "The Walking Dead," the HBO vampire soap "True Blood" also has been drawing in more people wanting to dress as vampires or their victims.

3. "The Avengers" Iron Man


Iron Man Is a superhero that fights crime and terrorism. Its first appearance on the movie screen was in 2008, followed by Iron Man 2 in 2010, and the latest is "The Avengers in 2012". Iron Man 3 is scheduled to be released in 2013.

4. The Hunger Games


Katniss Everdeen is the main character of Hunger Games movie who volunteers to take her younger sister's place for the latest match. The story is set in a future where the Capitol selects a boy and girl from the twelve districts to fight to the death on live television.

    Perhaps another reason why Big Bird is #1 costume is because it is kid-friendly...

    The big bird's costume looks so cool. It reminds me of our puppy, he used to wrestle with the big bird toy that talks lol.

    Hmmmm i'd go for the hunger games costume para lang tomb raider ehehe;) pero okay din yung walking dead ha, my kids can't sleep after the halloween talaga hehehe

    Anyway, if local department stores were to offer costumes this awesome, I wouldn't mind it if it was a bit expensive. :P

    I guess whenever a character that is connected to new issues, may it be politics or new movie, people is drawn to it. Thus buying the costumes for this occasion, Halloween.
